Terms & Conditions.

By booking a treatment with Wharf Wellness, you agree to the following:

Appointments
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final balance.

Cancellations & Changes
Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will result in loss of deposit.

Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment, or ideally 10 minutes before. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other bookings.

Health & Wellbeing
Please share any relevant health information during your consultation so treatments can be safely tailored to you.

Results
All treatments are designed to support relaxation, wellbeing and visible results where applicable. However, results may vary from person to person.

Respect
Wharf Wellness is a professional, safe and respectful space. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session.
